Hardens updater and API trust boundaries, state and termination lifecycle behavior, native accessibility, persistence, and release automation. Release gate: 288 tests passed; universal arm64/x86_64 Release build, static analysis, Swift 6 diagnostic build, workflow/script validation, and packaged-app first-run smoke test all passed.
